CCBC to host Eighth Annual Writing Exchange Conference

May 16, 2015

9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2015, CCBC Catonsville

Catonsville, MD – Preparing students for the workforce is a major initiative for colleges, especially community colleges. Faculty and staff may have definite ideas on the skills and abilities required to make students viable candidates in the job market. Employers are ultimately the final judges of what skills are needed by their employees to perform effectively in their industry/professions. The Community College of Baltimore County’s Writing for the Disciplines/Across Communities program addresses this issue at its Eighth Annual Writing Exchange Conference 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., Friday, May 29 in the Center for the Arts at CCBC Catonsville, 800 S. Rolling Road.
