CCBC hosts ribbon-cutting for restored Hilton Center

Dec 19, 2017

CCBC will proudly cut the ribbon to the newly restored Hilton Center, 10 – 11:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 22 at CCBC Catonsville. Students, faculty, staff and the community are invited to attend.

Formerly the Hilton Mansion, this architectural jewel is one of CCBC Catonsville’s most treasured buildings. Built in the early 17th century, the Hilton Center was previously used for administrative offices. This new renovation restores the elegance of the structure and it will now be the site for the college’s Center for Global Education and the CCBC Honors Program. It will also serve as a meeting and reception venue for both internal and external communities.

At a renovation cost of approximately $6.5 million, the completion of the Hilton Center is the capstone of the college’s 60th anniversary year
