ESOL Family Literacy for Parents of Young Children

Family Literacy classes are designed for parents of elementary school-aged or younger children to improve reading, speaking, writing and listening skills focusing on materials used in everyday situations.

Includes training on how parents can be full partners in their children’s education. Educational activities that focus on the preparation of children for success in school and other life experiences are provided. Families must be affiliated with our partner organization to be eligible to enroll. These tuition-free classes are supported by grant funding from Maryland Dept. of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
