CCBC CAS Checklist for Computed Tomography (CT)

Step 1 - Prepare to Apply

Review the Admission Packet for this program.

Step 2 - Complete CCBC CAS Application

If you have never before applied through the CAS system, then create an account in CCBC CAS through the applicant portal and follow the directions to complete the applications.

If you applied using the CAS System before, then login and verify that all areas are correct.

Once all sections of the application have a green check mark, you will be able to pay the $50 non‐refundable application fee. It is better to submit the application at least a month before the application deadline.

  • March 1st – 31st for July start
  • September 16th – October 31st for January start

Step 3 - Official Transcripts

CT does not require official transcripts. If you have completed any courses at CCBC, then your cumulative CCBC GPA must be no less than a 2.00.

Step 4 - Upload to CCBC CAS

Upload all required documents to the CCBC CAS.

They are:
  • National Certification in Radiography from ARRT
  • Maryland professional license in Radiography
  • Valid CPR card – healthcare provider
  • Completed employer reference form
  • Signed CT Technical Standards form
  • Registry‐eligible Verification form, if applicable

Step 5 - Supplemental Information

After you submit your CAS application, CCBC will send an email update. You may be requested to complete a supplemental application.

  • You will only receive this email if it applies to you.
  • There is no additional fee associated with the supplemental information application.

Step 6 - Communication

Expect communication regarding your application status via email. You may also log into your CCBC CAS account to see notifications.

CCBC CAS Checklist for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
