Transfer Opportunities at CCBC
If you plan to earn a four-year degree, starting at CCBC is an excellent choice that will save you time and money. But the good news doesn't stop there. We can also help you:
- plan your transfer from start to finish.
- take advantage of our transfer partnerships with colleges and universities throughout the country.
- find and apply for transfer scholarships.
Plan early and seek help with Transfer Advising
Transfer advisors can assist students with determining degree plans, understanding transfer guidelines and meeting application and scholarship deadlines. It’s best to start the transfer advising process as soon as possible. Waiting until the last semester will limit your transfer options.Articulation Agreements
Articulation Agreements are excellent tools for transfer planning. These guaranteed transfer partnerships have been set up between CCBC and four year schools. They outline the schedule of appropriate CCBC courses that will transfer for each major/degree program. Students who adhere to an articulation agreement graduate from CCBC with an associate degree and with the first two years of their bachelor’s degree completed.Transfer Scholarships
There are many forms of financial aid to help transfer students from sources that include Federal and State funded programs to scholarships from the institution you want to transfer to. If you want to take advantage of these opportunities, get started now.Contact Us

Transfer Fairs
Every Fall and Spring semester, CCBC sponsors a Transfer Fair on each of the main campuses. The Transfer Fair hosts representatives from many Maryland colleges and universities. These events are a great way for student to gather important information about transfer schools.Upcoming fairs
