Transfer Advisement

If you plan to earn a four-year degree, starting at CCBC is an excellent choice that will save you time and money. CCBC has established transfer partnerships with many colleges and universities in Maryland and throughout the U.S.

Plan early and seek help

Transfer advisors can assist students with determining degree plans, understanding transfer guidelines and meeting application and scholarship deadlines. It’s best to start the process as soon as possible, as waiting until the last semester will limit your transfer options

Articulation agreements

Articulation Agreements are excellent tools for transfer planning. These guaranteed transfer partnerships have been set up between CCBC and four year schools. They outline the schedule of appropriate CCBC courses that will transfer for each major/degree program. Students who adhere to an articulation agreement graduate from CCBC with an associate degree and with the first two years of their bachelor’s degree completed.
