Even if you are not a Baltimore County resident, you may qualify for in-county tuition if you enroll in one of CCBC's programs that have been designated as a "statewide education program" by the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Currently enrolled out-of-county Maryland residents who are formally admitted to one of the programs may be reimbursed for a portion of their out-of-county tuition if the program is not offered in their home county.


The eligible student will receive all or part of the out-of-county tuition differential depending on the availability of state funds. Each semester eligible students must complete an affidavit confirming their understanding of the reimbursement policy. Affidavits are available in the office of Admissions, Records and Registration. Funds will be distributed at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Summer requests will be considered with fall requests and will be awarded at the end of the fall semester. Winter requests will be considered with the spring requests and awarded at the end of the spring semester.
