Linguistics, or related field; Graduation information
All students attempting to earn a credit degree or certificate must apply for graduation, regardless of their intent to participate in the graduation ceremony. Students should meet with an academic advisor to determine readiness to apply for graduation and submit a graduation application in order to receive a degree and/or certificate. Fill the application out completely (including catalog years and, if applicable, degree option) and submit it to the Office of Records and Registration by the dates noted below. Fee payment should be paid at the time of application. Eligible applications will be processed by a graduation specialist to determine if all requirements will be met upon successful completion of the semester. To help students ensure that they have met all graduation requirements, they must:

Complete an application for graduation. Applications are available at all campus Records and Registration offices or online.

Submit graduation application by :
March 15 for spring semester completion
May 15 for summer semester completion
August 15 for fall semester completion
If the due date falls on a weekend, the Friday prior is the due date.

Include a non-refundable fee (check or money order made payable to CCBC) of $35 for associate degree and/or $15 for certificate.
