Program Description:
The CCBC Hospitality Management (HRMT) program is designed to provide a theoretical and practical approach to management in the hospitality industry. A balance of hotel, restaurant, tourism, and entrepreneurship classes make up the core of the program. The A.A.S. degree options (62 credits) offer a traditional full-time and part-time course of study with internship opportunities in Hospitality Management.

CCBC has a collaborative agreement with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore's Hotel & Restaurant Management Department. Students have the opportunity to further their education by pursuing their bachelor's degree at CCBC.
