CCBC Alumni Directory Project

CCBC Alumni Office has partnered with Harris Connect to compile an Alumni Directory.
Alumni will be contacted by Harris Connect to participate in this project.

You will receive an e-mail, a survey, a phone call, and a postcard. Please respond
with your updated information or let them know if the information they have for you
is correct.

However, if you choose not to participate, you have several options available to you:

1. When you receive the survey, write on the top of it "I Do Not Wish To
   Participate" and mail the survey back in the envelope that was provided.
   
2. Contact Harris Connect Customer Service at 1-800-877-6554 and give
   them your name and ID number (found on the survey form) and tell
   them you do not wish to participate in the directory project.
   
3. You can e-mail Harris Connect Customer Service at: customerservice@harrisconnect.com
   and in the body of the e-mail please include your name and ID number
   (found on the survey form) and let them know you do not wish to participate
   in the directory project
   
4. You may contact the CCBC Alumni Relations Office at 410-285-9545 or 410-285-9463
   and tell the staff your name and ID number (found on the survey form) and let the staff
   know that you do not wish to participate in the directory project. The staff will pass the
   information on to Harris Connect.
   

Harris Connect makes several attempts to contact you, but if they do not hear from you, your
information will be included in the directory. As an alum of CCBC, you have until October 31, 2007 to let Harris Connect know what your updated information is or that you do not wish to participate in the directory project.

The directory will be available to all alumni of CCBC in spring 2008. You will be contacted about
pricing and the ability to place an order. Get updated today!
