To register for classes at the Eastern Family Resource Center or Millbrook Park Apartments, attend a registration at one of the locations listed above.

If CCBC and/or Baltimore County Public Schools are closed for bad weather or for an emergency, ESOL registration will be cancelled that day. Please check www.ccbcmd.edu/news/closings.html or http://www.bcps.org/ for closing announcements.

HOW TO REGISTER:
* Go to one of the "Walk-In ESOL Placement & Registration Locations" listed above

  • ALL NEW STUDENTS must take a test.
  • Returning Students do not have to take a test if the student brings the “Referral Form for Fall 2014” to registration (unless the score on the form shows the student needs to retest). Students must take a test if they do not bring the Referral Form or they took a class before Supper 2014.
  • You may come to ANY registration location to register for ANY class.
  • Arrive on time for registration. Students are registered on a "first-come, first-served" basis and classes fill quickly.
  • The registration process may take 3 hours or more. Don't come late.
  • DO NOT BRING CHILDREN TO REGISTRATION & CLASSES.

ALL STUDENTS MUST COME TO ONE OF THE WALK-IN ESOL PLACEMENT & REGISTRATION LOCATIONS TO SIGN UP FOR FALL, 2014 ESOL LIFE SKILLS AND EL CIVICS CLASSES.
YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR REGISTRATION WELCOME PACKET.

NOTE:
  • Reasonable accommodations for a disability are available upon request. Please call (443) 840-3428 to discuss availability and testing procedures. Please allow staff adequate time to arrange an accommodation before registration.
  • Students must be 16 years of age and officially withdrawn from high school to enroll in an ESOL class. If under 18 a parent or guardian must come to registration.
