Application/Registration Procedure

Application for child care occurs 4 times per year when students register for college classes. Priority for care is given to full-time CCBC Catonsville students and staff. The following is required at the time of child care application:

1. $25.00 non-refundable initial application fee
2. Application Form
3. Student Class Schedule

Once space is offered to your child, you have 10 days to confirm your space by paying one week's tuition in advance.

On your child's first day of attendance, you need to submit the following:

• Health Inventory
• Immunization Form
• Emergency Card
• Child Care Food Program Income Statement
• DSS Purchase of Care Voucher, if eligible for subsidized care. Please contact the Department of Social Services to determine your eligibility.

Once enrolled, your child is guaranteed space each semester unless you withdraw for a semester or fail to pay your child care tuition.
