The Early Childhood Learning Center on the CCBC Essex campus offers a high quality early childhood program.

The goal of the program is child-centered and is designed to help your child develop physical, social, emotional, and intellectual abilities. The Early childhood Learning Center provides a program designed especially for the growth and development of the preschool child. Varied activities are planned to meet the total needs of the child. Weekly units of study include art, music, cooking, creative dramatics, science, movement, and outdoor lessons.

The ECLC is licensed by the Department of Human Resources Child Care Administration. We have an open door policy. Children are accepted, space permitting, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or sex.
