The Purpose of the Students with Disabilities Organization

Create awareness in the college community of the capabilities of
people with disabilities.
|
|
|
Promote and support good self-advocacy skills and leadership
opportunities for people with disabilities.
|
|
|
Provide opportunities for social interaction for people with and
without disabilities;
|
|
|
Create educational opportunities about people with disabilities
within the college community.
|
Annual Events (2006-07) Monthly meetings will be held on
the first Thursday of every month from 12 Noon-1:30 PM. Please contact the
advisor for location.
