All designs must be submitted as a PDF file attachment.

Design specifications are outlined in the official rules, failure to comply may result in disqualification

All submissions must state, "Masthead Submission" in the subject line of the e-mail;

All submissions must include the following: Name, CCBC ID number, mailing address, contact phone number, and e-mail address.
