Faculty to receive non-attendance roster (

Faculty receive roster including the names of students enrolled
in the Early Alert class and indicate whether the student is
making "S", "U", or "NA" progress in the areas of attendance,
homework, and graded assignments. Faculty are to issue Early Alert
Contact Form to all students in class upon completion of the Early Alert
Roster as well as in the middle of the semester or as needed.

Faculty must hand deliver completed Early Alert roster to the
following individuals at your campus Office and Records:
Catonsville: Eileen Tynan , K206; Essex: Bonnie Kehler, A150 and
Dundalk: Susan Honeycutt, Adm. 201

between the 5th and 6th week beginning (3/7/05)

A computer generated letter signed by
the Dean of Learning and Student Development will be mailed to all
students. This letter alerts the student of the classes in which
they have received a "U" in one of the above areas.

for students to fill out
