Login Problem?

* Log in through the myCCBC tab, click on WebCT and use the ORANGE login button to log into WebCT/Blackboard.

* Don't bookmark the login entry screen -- you will not be able to log back in.

* If your CCBC ID number begins with a 0, replace the first 0 with a 9.

* Click the Check Browser button on the login screen to be sure your PC is WebCT-compliant.

* Get complete login instructions and help info by scrolling down the login page.

Course Access Denied?

* Your instructor controls course access -- contact that person ASAP.

Problem Within the Email Tool?

* When using Browse for Recipients to send an email message, make sure you're viewing the entire class list by scrolling to the bottom of the list and selecting Page: All.

Need to Download Software?

* Java -- click here to download Java (scroll to the bottom). You will only have to do this if your PC fails the browser check for Java. Java version 6, which comes installed on most new PC's, is now compatible with WebCT.

* Browsers -- click here to download a new browser.
