How to Donate---Employee Giving Campaign
Donation/Payroll Deduction Cards
For your benefit, the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation
can process your donation via payroll deduction. Dividing up your donation
is an easy way for you to make your contribution. Many faculty and staff
members choose this method of giving.
Your contribution will be deducted from your paycheck in 20 equal payments.
Donors names will be publicized on the Employee Giving Website as
Campaign Contributors.

Instructions for using the Employee Giving Donation Sheet:

Complete the DONATION/PAYROLL DEDUCTION AUTHORIZATION FORM. (At this time, the donation form cannot be submitted online.)

Complete the contribution information.

Indicate - One time Gift or Payroll Deduction and total amount.

Complete the gift designation section and sign the form.

Remember - For payroll deduction complete the payroll authorization section.

Print the completed form and return by March 26, 2010 to the CCBC Foundation Office,
L-200 - Dundalk Campus - or your area volunteer.
