CCBC Catonsville strives to make college affordable for all students. To
assist those with the desire and commitment to pursue their educational
goals, scholarship opportunities are made available to qualified
students.
A variety of scholarships are available for both full-time and part-time
students through the generosity of the Catonsville Community College
Foundation, alumni, donors and various community organizations. The
Catonsville faculty and staff also demonstrate their support for student
scholarships through CCBC Catonsville's annual Employee Giving Campaign.
Scholarships are awarded each year to deserving CCBC Catonsville

Scholarship Selection
All Scholarships are reviewed by the Catonsville Community College
Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee or by a review committee
established by the scholarship donor. The Scholarship Selection
Committee meets to review all applications and select recipients for the
coming year. CCBC Catonsville uses the Effective Family Contribution
figure (EFC) calculated by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA) to determine the student's level of financial need. Merit based
scholarships required a student to maintain a minimum number of credits.
The CCC Foundation Office will notify scholarship recipients of their
award prior to the beginning of the school year. Awards will
automatically be applied to the student's account for PAYMENT OF
TUITION AND FEES ONLY.
