2009 Emeriti Recipients and Ceremony Information
Two years ago, the Board of Trustees reinstated the Emeritus rank at the Community College of Baltimore County as one of several professional acknowledgments that CCBC has established or reinstituted in recent years. With both pride and delight, I am pleased to announce that at its April 15, 2009 meeting, the Board confirmed the granting of Emeritus status to ten worthy individuals.
Inducted into the ranks of Emeritus Professors are:

Emeritus status this year will be officially bestowed upon the 10 new nominees with the presentation of an engraved Emeritus medallion at a formal ceremony to be held at 6:30 p.m. on May 21, 2009. The presentation will be followed by a reception in the K building lobby at CCBC Dundalk.
All of our Emeritus colleagues are invited to march as a cohort in our Commencement ceremony on May 30.
We look forward to acknowledging the talent and dedication of our faculty and staff by expanding the ranks of this distinguished group over the coming year. Please join us on May 21 in congratulating our present and former colleagues on achieving this esteemed status.
