CIRCULATION POLICY

Borrowers:
All Community College of Baltimore County students currently enrolled at any CCBC campus (Dundalk, Essex, Catonsville, Owings Mill, or Hunt Valley) with a valid ID card may check out material from the CCBC Dundalk Library. All CCBC administrators, faculty and staff and those with a valid alumni card may borrow material from the CCBC Dundalk library.

Loan Period:

• Books and paperbacks may be borrowed for three weeks. Students may come in person to renew their material.
• Magazine and Journal back issues may be borrowed for one week.
• Reference books, videocassettes, 16MM films, CD ROM's and current periodicals may not be borrowed. These may be viewed or read only in the library.
• Reserve material have different loan periods depending on the faculty request.

Fines:
Overdue material: An overdue fine is 15 cents a day per item. Reserve media material is $1.00 a day per item. Those with overdue material may not check out items from the library. Students with overdue material will be contacted by mail. Students with outstanding obligations at the end of the semester will be blocked from attending classes or having their grades mailed to them.
