Using the Web for research
The World Wide Web can provide a wealth of good resources. A search on the Web can also return inaccurate, outdated, erroneous information and unreliable sites. Start with evaluated sites available from directories such as Librarians' Index to the Internet.
TIP: If you go to a search engine such as Google, use advanced search for more focused searching.
