Media Center

The Media Center is the resource center for non-print materials and services. Media software, listening and viewing stations for videocassettes, audiocassettes, compact discs, records, video discs, films, filmstrips, and slides as well as computer workstations for multimedia applications are available.

Professional staff members are available to provide information on the use of the Media Center and its resources, and to search for desired materials not owned by the college. Interlibrary loans requests are possible.

New Materials Request

Faculty members may submit requests for rental, preview or purchase of non-print materials to Debra Sambuco, Collection Development Librarian.

  Loans

Faculty and staff may borrow non-print materials and equipment, with the understanding that these items will be subject to recall as needed. Faculty may also authorize students to borrow materials or equipment needed for specific class projects.

  New Releases

Faculty members may request to be notified of newly acquired media by contacting Debra Sambuco, Collection Development Librarian.

  Reserve Materials

The Library will place on reserve materials for specific classroom assignments and College of the Air tapes. Please notify the Public Services of the library 410-780-6424 at least one week in advance.
