SAIT hosts E-Business conference in June

The School of Applied and Information Technology (SAIT) will host its Fifth Annual Internet, Multimedia and E-Business Conference June 24-25 at CCBC Essex. This two-day conference is geared toward college faculty and students, middle and high school teachers, and students and administrators interested in learning and/or expanding their Internet and multimedia capabilities. It is also offered to business people engaged in or interested in learning e-business activities to improve their bottom line, and those who work in Internet and multimedia businesses.

The IMMT conference gives educators and students the specific training and tools to take advantage of the technological advances and products currently available, and addresses the impact of technology on today’s business world. The two-day event will feature keynote speakers, presentations from businesses and educators, roundtables and hands-on computer workshops.

The conference fee is $60 for two days or $45 for one day. A special student rate is available at $40 for two days or $25 for one day. Conference materials and a daily continental breakfast and lunch are included as part of registration.
