Those who responded to last spring’s readers’ survey gave the college’s online newsletter generally high marks. But there’s always room for improvement, and Live has already implemented some suggested changes.

For the second consecutive year, a float constructed by CCBC Dundalk faculty, staff, students and friends took first place in the Community Float category in the annual Dundalk Heritage Parade.

Practical Nursing Program Debuts at CCBC Dundalk
There are 24 students enrolled in this fall’s Practical Nursing program in the School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions. A new skills laboratory located at CCBC Dundalk will be the training site for courses requiring hands-on lab experiences.

Celebrating three decades of music, drama and laughter, the Dundalk Community Theatre (DCT) has announced a blockbuster lineup for its 30th anniversary season. Into the Woods, Nunsense and 42nd Street make up an unbeatable trio of musical theatre offerings for local patrons.

Activities throughout the five-day Institute encouraged and empowered faculty to incorporate service learning into the classroom as well as into their lives.

Baltimore American Indian PowWow A Success
Thousands of visitors from throughout the region enjoyed Native American cultural dancing, singing and drumming at the 29th Annual Baltimore American Indian PowWow held at CCBC Catonsville in August.
