COURSE LEVEL ASSESSMENT A Learning Outcomes Assessment (LOA) Project, as a plan for improving student learning at the course level, begins with measurable statements of what students are expected to know or be able to do upon completion of a course. The college supports both individual and high-impact courses. As the term suggests, high impact projects have the potential to impact student learning for a very large number of students. However, there are variables that potentially could not be controlled.
