Troubleshooting Internet Explorer
Problem: Your browser cookies are retaining invalid
information pertaining to our site. Solution:

Go to Tools >> Choose Internet Options.

On the General Tab under Temporary Internet Files, click
the Delete Cookies button.

Click OK on the Delete Cookie alert.

Click OK once again to close Internet Options and apply
the changes to your browser.
Problem: Cached versions of our website are stored on your
computer. Solution:

Go to Tools >> choose Internet Options.

On the General Tab under Temporary Internet Files, click
the Delete Cookies button, then click OK.

Click OK once again to close Internet Options and apply
the changes to your browser.
Problem: Your browser does not check our website for new
versions of the site every time. Solution:

Go to Tools >> choose Internet Options.

On the General Tab under Temporary Internet Files, click
the Settings button.

Under Check for newer version of stored pages, select Every
visit to the page, then click OK.

Click OK once again to close Internet Options and apply
the changes to your browser.
Problem: Your browser has SSL Version 3 disabled.
Solution:
-
Go to Tools >> choose Internet Options.

On the Advanced Tab scroll down to Security to
make sure Use SSL 3.0 is check, then click OK. If Use
SSL 3.0 is not checked, click the box to the left of it,
then click OK when finished.
