Troubleshooting Netscape
Problem: Your browser cookies are retaining invalid
information pertaining to our site. Solution: As of now
we have not noticed a problem with Netscape's stored cookies.
Problem: Cached versions of our website are stored on your
computer. Solution:

Go to Edit and choose Preferences.

Click the plus sign (+) to expand Advanced, then click
Cache.

Under Set Cache Options, click Clear Cache, then
click OK.
Problem: Your browser does not check our website for new
versions of the site everytime. Solution:

Go to Edit and choose Preferences.

Click the plus sign (+) to expand Advanced, then click
Cache.

Under Set Cache Options, check "Every time I view the
page", then click OK.

Problem: Your browser has SSL Version 3 disabled.
Solution:

Go to Edit and choose Preferences.

Click the plus sign (+) to expand Privacy & Security.

Scoll down and select SSL. Under SSL Protocol Versions
, make sure that "Enable SSL version 3" is checked, if not,
check it, then click OK.

Solution: *Please contact your System Administrator at work for a possible
resolution.
