Office of Multicultural Affairs

Our mission is to support the needs of underrepresented populations at CCBC Catonsville. We support the creation of a learning environment in which the entire campus community participates. Within this general charge and in collaboration with existing campus programs and offices, one of the OMA's major priorities is to facilitate the academic, professional and personal development of those students, staff and faculty who are members of underrepresented groups. The OMA provides a network of services and programs in an effort to recruit and retain a diverse student population with special emphasis on international and minority students. In addition, the OMA provides faculty and staff development opportunities to foster the creation of a multi-ethnic, culturally conscious college.

What do we offer:

  • Diversity Programs & Special Events
  • Peer Tutoring
  • Discussion Groups
  • Film Programs
  • International Teas
  • Intercultural Forums
