Not to be missed March 2013 events at CCBC!

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (Feb. 20, 2013) – During March, the Community College of Baltimore County invites you to treat yourself to a concert at the CCBC Essex Friday Music Forums; network and learn from women entrepreneurs at the 12th Annual CCBC Women’s Expo at CCBC Catonsville; explore our universe – weather permitting – at the star parties at the Observatory at CCBC Dundalk or take a tour of the Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex campuses any Thursday throughout the year, except when the college is closed.

If you want to take credit classes this spring, the second 7-week session begins March 18 so there is still time to register! Registration for Continuing Education programs is ongoing year round. Call 443-840-4700 for a catalog.

FREE INDIVIDUAL TAX PREPARATION SERVICE – CCBC Catonsville and Essex
This free service is for taxpayers with incomes less than $60,000 and that require only the basic schedules for individual and households. Required documents for tax filer to bring: Social security cards for all including dependents, Forms W-20 and 1099, Copy of 2011 return, and direct deposit information.

Author LIZ MURRAY - CCBC Student Life Spotlight Speaker Series

DENTAL HYGIENE SPECIALTY CLINIC FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND INFANTS – CCBC Dental Hygiene Program

Funded by a grant from Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield, the program offers dental hygiene assessment and treatment by students, supervised by licensed clinical faculty, to pregnant and post-partum women and children up to two years.

American playwright Thornton Wilder’s “Our Town” chronicles the everyday life of average citizens in the early twentieth century. This year marks the play’s 75th anniversary.
