Login Failure
1. When I enter my WebCT user name and password and click the "Log in" button, I get a message that says "You entered an incorrect username or password." What's wrong?
2. When I enter my WebCT user name and password and click the "Log In" button, the screen goes blank or takes me back to the Login screen. What's wrong?
3. When I try to log in I get a message that says "Page cannot be displayed" or "Cannot find server."
4. When I try to log in, I can get as far as the oval "Login" button but then I get an error message. Why can't I access the screen where I enter my user name and password?
5. My WebCT/BB login worked the first time, but now it's giving me an "Incorrect user name or password" error message. What's wrong?
