  • Cabinet setting of priorities and funding levels;  
    communicated to PDT and PDAC

  • Overarching themes reviewed for next two
    to three years by Cabinet

 

July

  • MPDAC meets with PDT

  • College-wide and campus
    initiatives determined

 

August

 

  • Program fleshed out and funding allocated
    to various activities, including
    individual development plans

  • Fall calendar of
    activities circulated

  • Faculty and staff submit proposals
    for individual plan funding

  • PDT begins to implement
    Fall activities

September

  • Individuals informed about development
    plan proposal

November

  • PDT meets to plan
    Spring semester; PDAC coordination

January

  • Spring calendar of activities circulated

  • Faculty and staff define annual professional development goals and objectives;
    general needs gathered and sent
    to central Professional Development Office

 

February

  • PDT begins to implement Spring activities

March

  • PDT meets to begin planning for Fall semester;
    PDAC coordination

 

April

  • Chancellor's Cabinet planning priorities
    communicated to PDT

May and June

 

  

  • Cabinet setting of priorities and funding levels;
    communicated to PDT and PDAC

  • Evaluative reports and
    summaries completed by PDT and PDAC

  • Overarching themes reviewed for
    next two to three years by Cabinet

  • Planning continues for next
