Provides a wide range of public health services, emergency services, and special events related health issues

Volunteer Department Provides a range health services in a hospital setting.

3. HARBEL Prevention and Recovery Center
Provides state certified programs for adolescents and adults for substance abuse, prevention, and treatment.
