2010 Spring Fitness/Recreation Schedule

The Fitness Sessions meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:20-1:10PM at the Essex gym.

(Some sessions are outside or in the weight training center upper level of gym.)
These fitness sessions are "FREE" for faculty, staff and students!
Please bring your ID card, towel and water to each session.

February 8,10,12 Aerobic Walking/Jogging with resistance bands and floor exercises/Body Sculpt and floor work/ Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work.
February 15,17,19 Bosu Balls workout with alternating weights and floor work / Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
February 22,24,26 Aerobic Walking/jogging with FITT ball workout and floor work/Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
March 1,3,5 STEP and Strong with Weights/Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
March 8,10,12 Cardio kick boxing with floor work. *Please take your ID Card to the equipment room to get kickboxing gloves. Body Sculpt and floor work/Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights and floor work.
March 15,17,19 Boot Camp and floor work/Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights and floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
March 22,24,26 Candy's Challenge Work Out & floor work/Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
April 7,9 FITT Ball Workout with weights and floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
April 12,14,16 STEP workout with alternating weights and floor work/Cardio Pump using barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
April 19,21,23 Aerobic Walking Outside (hopefully) with alternating weight workout/Cardio Pump with barbells of free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
April 26,28,30 Cardio kickboxin with floor work * Please take your ID Card to the equipment room to get kickboxing gloves / Cardio Pumpusing barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
May 3,5,7 Circuit Training, cardiomachines, and floor work. * Please meet in the weight room. /Cardio Pump with barbells or free weights & floor work/ Body Sculpt and floor work.
May 10,12,14 Bosu Ball, workout with weights and floor work / Cardio Pump using barbells or free weights & floor work/ Body Sculpt and floor work.
May 17,19,21 Aerobic Weight Training, alternating with medicine balls, weights, and floor work ? Cardio Pump using barbells or free weights & floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
May 26,28 STEP Workout with alternating weights and floor work/Body Sculpt and floor work.
