General admissions procedure

For full- and part-time students who plan to take credit or audit courses.

  1. Complete an Application for Admission. Students may apply online or obtain an application from one of the CCBC Admissions offices or extension centers.
  2. Request official transcripts from high school or GED scores and from previously attended colleges.
  3. Request SAT or ACT scores if available. Scores are not required for admission to CCBC; however, scores may be used for course placement. Placement testing may be required for new first-time students.
  4. Forward admission application, official transcript(s) or GED scores, SAT or ACT scores (if available), and $15 application fee (payable to CCBC) to a CCBC campus listed below.
