Contest Rules for
"Update Contest"

Entries (one per person) must be received by 11:59 p.m. May 2nd, 2008.
One winner will be randomly chosen from all Alumni Information Forms
entered and forms will become the property of CCBC Alumni Offices.

1. The prizes are as follows: 1) Apple® iPod Nano, estimated value $149.99; 2) $50.00 Gift Card from Barnes & Noble® for use online or in-store; 3) CCBC hooded sweatshirt, estimated value $35.00.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Entries can be received via U.S. mail, e-mail, walk-in or fax.
4. Winner will need to be a legal resident of the United States and provide valid proof of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.).
5. Must be a CCBC graduate with an associate's degree, or must have graduated from a certificate program (30+ credits), or must have completed 30 or more credits and be in good academic standing.
6. Must NOT have been actively enrolled at CCBC in the Fall 2007 or Spring 2008 semesters.
7. Winner will need to be verified as an alum of CCBC.
8. If for any reason the winner does not qualify as an alum of CCBC, another drawing will be held to determine another winner.
9. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. Winner has 30 days to claim prize.
11. By participating in drawing, winner agrees to allow usage of his/her name, voice and/or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material contest related as well as the CCBC website and other CCBC Alumni publications and must sign a waiver stating agreement prior to receipt of the prize.
12. CCBC Alumni Association reserves the right to amend contest rules at any time prior to the drawing. Changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of CCBC Alumni Association officers and CCBC Office of Alumni Relarions with regard to this contest is final. By participating in this contest, entrants and winner agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules will result in disqualification.
