Patricia Dubnansky '66 (Education) is employed at CCBC Dundalk as a library / media services technician. Pat and her husband, Mike, have three sons, three grandchildren (another addition due in June), and have lived in Rosedale, Md. for 39 years. She and Mike enjoy traveling and are looking forward to a 16-day tour through the Northwest Passage, ending with a cruise to Alaska this summer.

Melodee Goldberg Yates '66 (Early Childhood Education) earned her B.S. and master's degrees from Towson University. James "Ed" Yates '66 (Engineering) earned his B.S. in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Melodee is an artist, taught first grade for Baltimore County schools and is now retired. Ed is retired from Lucent Technologies. Melodee and Ed Yates live in Randallstown, Md.

Dennis W. Wilkins '68 (Arts and Science) is happily retired after working as a marketing consultant / customer service representative at AT&T for 26 years. Dennis and his wife, Claudia, live in Forest Hill, Md.

Dennis J. Boland '71 (Business Administration) has 42 years of seniority with United Food & Commercial Workers Local 27 and has been employed for the last 16 years as their union representative. Dennis has been serving with the Boy Scouts of America for 51 years. He and his wife, Mary Kay, live in Baltimore, Md. and are the parents of three children.

Bonnie M. Geiger '72 (Medical Technology) retired from her position as a disability specialist with the Social Security Administration after almost 30 years. Bonnie lives in southwest Florida ("otherwise known as paradise") where she spends her days as the beach (sunning or swimming) or on the computer. Bonnie has a grown daughter who lives in Timonium, Md.

Joseph Bagrowski, Jr. '74 (Criminal Justice) earned his B.S. from the University of Baltimore in 1979. Joe retired from the Maryland Transportation Authority Police in 2002 after 21 years of service, and then retired from the Coast Guard Reserve in 2004 after 20 years. Joe enjoys radio communications, model railroading and Civil War re-enactments with the 87th Pennsylvania. Most importantly, he says, he is the father of the “best daughter in the world,” Jessica. Joe lives in Abingdon, Md.

Robert G. Barrick '75, '04 (Architectural and Engineering Design) and Mary Kay Cichowicz Barrick '79 (Nursing). Mary Kay earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Maryland, worked as an R.N. at St. Agnes Hospital for 17 years, and 10 years ago left nursing to become office manager at St. Agnes Parish. Bob has been employed at Constellation Energy for 27 years in various capacities from engineer to systems analyst. They live in Catonsville, Md. and recently welcomed their first grandson into the family.

Barbara L. Miller '75 (General Studies) earned her B.S. from the University of Maryland and Masters of Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to becoming director of Financial Aid at University of Maryland University College, Barb worked in Financial Aid at CCBC from 1984 to 2003, and from 2003 to 2007 at the University of Baltimore. Barb lives in Parkville, Md.

Marye Dorsey Kellerman '75 (Nursing) was a CCBC nursing faculty member in the 1990s and is now president of Education Entitees Inc., a Baltimore-based nursing education corporation. Marye’s educational business has provided nursing education courses to thousands of nurse practitioners across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the uniformed services who sit for certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Exam and the Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 1995. Marye and her husband, John, live in Baltimore, Md.

LaVetia Crockett Poole '78 (General Studies) received a B.S. in social work from Bowie State University and an M.S. in social work from the University of Maryland. She presently works as a mental health therapist and provides counseling to children and adolescents. LaVetia recently authored a contemporary romance novel, Southern Cross. She enjoys reading, writing, cooking and spending quality time with her husband and teenage son at home in Pennsylvania.

James J. Doyle '78 (Applied Arts and Design) received a B.A. in Fine Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art in 1980, and a B.S. in Art Education from Towson State in 1984. Jim is self-employed at Doyle Graphic Design. He and his wife, Susan, live in Baltimore.

Emily Hayes Whittle '78 (General Studies) graduated from St. Mary’s Hospital School of Practical Nursing with her LPN in 1961, prior to her years at CCBC. She also attended the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Md. and Albright and Alvernia Colleges in Reading, Pa. Emily looks forward to the publication of her book, Shadows and Light. Emily and her husband, Gary, are the parents of three grown children and live in Reading, Pa.

Anthony T. Benvenga '81 (Criminal Justice) was employed in the past by the Baltimore Police Department, Priceless Industries, Inc., as a construction foreman, and since 1990 as a public works inspector for Transportation, Engineering and Construction for the City of Baltimore. He is the proud father of “two wonderful children,” a 15-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter.

Robert A. Duvall '82 (Criminal Justice) is employed as an inventory Planner at Coca Cola Enterprises. Robert is the father of a son and lives with his wife, Nancy, in Linthicum, Md.

Diane R. Van Stone '83 (General Studies) earned her B.A. in English from UMBC and her master’s in English from Morgan State University. Diane is a broker with Van & Company Realtors and has been employed for more than five years as an English adjunct faculty for CCBC. Diane is the mother of a grown daughter, and she and her husband, Kenneth Van Dommelen, live in Parkville, Md.

Sandra E. Lee '85 (General Studies) graduated from the University of Maryland Merrick School of Business in 1988. Sandra has been a moving and storage / transportation professional for nearly 20 years now employed by Advance Relocation Systems / Atlas Van Lines as a relocation consultant. Sandra and her husband, Paul E. Depew, live in Joppa, Md.

Thomas M. Urquhart, Jr. '86 (General Studies) is employed by Lockheed Martin Mission Systems as an instructor / computer systems security analyst. Tom teaches for the U.S. Army’s 704th Military Intelligence Division at Ft. Meade and is currently working on writing and publishing two novels. Tom and his wife, Lynn, live in Dundalk, Md.

Dawn Sowards Shipley '86 attended the University of Baltimore and received her B.A. in Psychology from UMBC in 1990. Dawn is a retired officer of the Maryland Air National Guard and volunteers with Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and her neighborhood community association. Dawn is married to John, and home-schools their two children in Dundalk, Md. In her spare time, Dawn loves to read and travel.

Steve Fluke '86 (General Studies, Horticulture) was one of the many local craftsman who worked on the Port Deposit, Md. home featured recently on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Steve works for the Brickman Group, a landscape design/build and horticultural services company.

Judith A. DiStefano '86 (Video Production) attended Johns Hopkins University and Peabody Institute and is now employed as a senior department administrator at JHU. Judy lives in Dundalk, Md.

Rochelle D. Purnell '88 (Nursing) earned her master’s degree in Community / Public Health Nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and is the president of Coppin State University Helene Fuld School of Nursing Alumni, where she also serves as an adjunct faculty member. Rochelle is employed by the Baltimore City Health Department. She is the proud mother of a 10-year old daughter, Kaila, and they live in Pikesville, Md. Rochelle would like very much to re-connect with nursing alumni from 1988.

Theodosia E. Barnes '89 (Early Childhood Education) earned her B.S. in Applied Psychology from Coppin State University in 1995. Theodosia is an income maintenance specialist for the Department of Social Services. She has a little girl named Trinity James and lives in Baltimore, Md.

Diane Zeller (Accounting) graduated with a B.A. from College of Notre Dame and passed the CPA in one try! Nearing retirement, she is evolving into a fiber artist working with fabric and yarn. She lives in the Beechfield, Md. community.

Kevin McKenney '91 (General Studies) enjoys a career in the graphic arts as an account representative and the environmental initiatives manager at Goetz Printing. Hailing from Catonsville, Kevin and his wife Samantha are enjoying their first child, Avianna, born May 21. Still a proud Maryland native, they currently reside in Germantown.

Melody Taylor '92 (Computer Information Systems) earned her Bachelor of Management Information Systems from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and is currently working toward a master’s in Information Assurance at University of Maryland University College. Melody is the mother of two daughters, and her hobbies include playing with her two grandchildren and working on her retirement goal of opening her own jewelry, arts and interior design business.

Linda Karol Freeman '92 (Computer Information Systems) is employed as an administrative assistant for Wallace H. Campbell & Co., Inc. Linda is working toward certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist 2003. Her youngest daughter is a student in CCBC’s Chemical Dependency program. Linda lives in Dundalk, Md. and is the mother of three children and grandmother of five.

Derrick N. Terry '92 (General Studies) earned his B.A. and M.A. from Towson University. Derrick is the special education chair / testing coordinator for Fairfax County Public Schools in Alexandria, Va. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Xer-Training, LLC (veteran-owned), specializing in fitness-health programs and academic tutoring programs. Derrick has been a member of the Maryland National Guard for more than 18 years. Derrick and his wife, Erika, are the parents of two children and live in Waldorf, Md.

Gregory Toler '93 (Electrical Engineering) did his undergraduate studies at Norwich University (the Military College of Vermont) in Electrical Engineering, then served one tour of active duty in the U.S. Navy. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree at North Central University. Greg now works at Creston Electronics and lives in Hillsdale, NJ with his wife, Maria. They are looking forward to becoming adoptive parents.

Sheila Bogart Faulstich '94 (Economics) is employed as financial secretary for Western Cemetery. Sheila is the mother of two daughters and a son. Her daughter, Amanda, recently started college on a full scholarship in Frederick. After living in Arbutus, Md. for 18 years, Sheila and her family relocated to Carroll County. She spends her weekends in Pennsylvania at the local dirt tracks, enjoying open wheel racing.

Tammy M. Herbert Wilson '96 (General Studies) is registration supervisor for Continuing Education classes at CCBC. Tammy is proud that she helps students get GEDs. She enjoys dancing and going to the movies and hopes that she can do some traveling in the future. Tammy is the mother of a 20-year-old and 18-year-old twins and lives in Turner Station / Dundalk, Md.

Stacie Dembeck Morris '97 (Business Administration) earned her B.S from Villa Julie College in Business Systems, Administrative Science, in 1999. She also holds two master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix Online – an M.B.A. in Technology Management and a MS / CIS. Stacie is currently a senior Web designer at ViPS and enjoys photography in her spare time. She and her husband, Bob, live in Owings Mills, Md. with their dog, Diesel.

Jennifer Drinnon Jordan '97 (Psychology) is employed as marketing coordinator for Vantage House Retirement Community. Jennifer is proud to announce she was crowned Mrs. Maryland Plus America in August 2007 and will compete with women across the country in July 2008 for the title of Plus Elite. Jennifer is married to Vince Jordan and they live in Eldersburg, Md.

Keisha Chase John '03 (Legal Office Administration) earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Coppin State University in ’06 and has begun work toward her master’s in Terrorism. Keisha is employed at Homeland Security as a senior database analyst and plans to pursue a career in law enforcement. The mother of two teenage sons, Keisha recently married Tairu John (from Gambia, Africa). They live in Essex, Md.

Anthony is proud to have premiered his documentary on the perspectives of young black males in Baltimore at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum.
