CCBC Television

CCBC Television is a component of the Division of Instructional Technology at the Community College of Baltimore County. Operated independently as a college course delivery and learning support system and community education service, the CCBC-TV facilities are located on the first floor of the Humanities and Arts Building (Building E) on the Essex campus of CCBC. In general, CCBC-TV supports the strategic directions of the college's principles relative to Student Learning, Learning Support, the Learning College, Diversity and Community Building.

CCBC-TV comprises of a cable programming and operations department for channel 71, a production studio, field production systems and linear and non-linear post-production editing systems. CCBC-TV produces, transmits and downlinks programs in multiple tape formats including Beta SP, DVCam and DVD. It provides services to the college in two major areas:

1. Cable Television Programming and Transmission
2. Video Production and Facilities
