Labor Relations General Information Certain Classified employees of The Community College of Baltimore County have union representation. Employees who have access to confidential information, including budgetary and/or fiscal data, security and supervisory employees are not eligible. The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) represents classifed employees employed in grounds, custodial and maintenance positions.
