Employee Self-Service

Employee Self-Service is a Web-based product that allows employees to view their personal payroll information through the Internet.

To access Employee Self-Service, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Login to the “Online Information System”. For help and detailed instructions click here.

  2. Employees who experience problems with logging into the system should contact the Payroll Department at 410-285-9838.

  3. Click on the menu item entitled “Employee”

  4. Click on the following menu items to view various payroll-related information:

  • Pay information - direct deposit breakdown, earnings, deductions and pay stubs
  • Tax Forms - W-2 forms (current and prior years) and federal tax exemption forms
  •  Leave Balances and History
