Enrollment Verification

The Office of Records and Registration will verify the following directory information for those who have a legitimate interest in the student’s enrollment history:

· Name

· Major

· Enrollment Status (full-time, part-time, non-attending)

· Dates of Attendance

· Degrees and Awards

All other student personal and academic information is protected under the federal Family Educational Rights and Protection Act (FERPA). Please click here to view the CCBC FERPA Guidelines.

To receive this verification information, you may call, write, fax, or visit in-person the campus Office of Records and Registration during regular business hours.

Degree Verification

The Community College of Baltimore County has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at: www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.degreeverify.com
