CCBC Graduation Information
CCBC 2009 commencement will take place on:

Graduating students will receive information concerning commencement from their campus Records and Registration office during the spring semester.

Graduation application instructions:
1. Students are encouraged to apply for graduation by the following dates to allow time for CCBC to evaluate your transcript and to notify you if there are any outstanding graduation requirements. Students who are missing any degree/certificate requirements are encouraged to enroll in the next semester/session in order to graduate:

August 15 for December 2008 completion

March 15 for May 2009 completion

May 15 for August 2009 completion

Note: Submit the application on Friday before the due date if the deadline falls on the following weekend.
2. Complete the Graduation Application. Be sure to specify the catalog year that you followed to meet graduation requirements. Mail the completed application to the Records and Registration office on your campus by the due date above:

3. Pay the graduation fee (non-refundable) of $35.00 for Associate Degrees and/or $15.00 for Certificate in the Bursar's office. Checks may be made payable to CCBC.
4. The Graduation Specialist in the Records and Registration office on your home campus can answer your questions: CCBC Essex, Vanessa Pratnicki, 443-840-1848, CCBC Dundalk, Bonnie Kehler, 443-840-3106, or CCBC Catonsville, Diane Darchicourt, 443-840-4309.
Degree Verification
The Community College of Baltimore County has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at: www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.degreeverify.com
