Network Technology : General Net Technology

About the Program

In the General Network Technology degree option, students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to become a well-rounded LAN technician and pass the industry recognized CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certification exams, all at the same time! Students install, configure, troubleshoot, integrate, and secure PCs, multiple network operating systems, wireless components, various network perimeter devices, and the associated client and server software that run on today’s enterprise networks.

Students apply concepts and technologies to install, configure, troubleshoot, integrate, and secure multiple network operating systems, including Windows 2000/2003 Server and Linux/UNIX.
