Study Abroad Advising Center

Welcome to the Study Abroad Advising Center (SAAC) at CCBC!

Our mission is to: 

• Promote the benefits of studying abroad
• Help students integrate studying abroad into their academic careers

We also aim to increase the number of CCBC students traveling abroad. Accordingly, we will help students choose the most appropriate program to meet their needs while enhancing their global perspectives through immersion in other cultures. 

Generally, all study abroad programs can be divided into two categories: 

• Those that provide academic credit.
• Those that provide enriching alternative experiences (i.e., volunteer and internship programs).

The SAAC has collected some of the best links to help you with your research. For example, there are programs that are primarily academic in nature and are listed on the Study Abroad pages. Other programs can be found on the Experiential pages.
