Welcome to the Transfer Center at The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). We provide a variety of resources for students planning to make a transfer from CCBC to a 4-year University or College.
In the Transfer Center students may obtain degree plans, transfer guides, information on CCBC transfer fairs, application and scholarship information, deadlines, and other valuable information that will aid for a smooth and successful journey through higher education.
What to do and When to do it
The primary reason for early and continued transfer planning is to ensure that degree program and curriculum are consistent with future career or educational plans. Waiting until the last semester will limit options. Academic Advising and Articulation Agreements are both excellent tools for transfer planning because they provide a course of action for students, including an outline of the most appropriate courses to schedule.
