Vice president of Institutional Advancement

The vice president of Institutional Advancement will report directly to the president. The vice president will oversee the Development, Alumni, Grants and Public Relations departments, which include 38 staff, as well as serve as executive director of the CCBC Foundation, Inc.

The vice president will also work closely with three vice presidents who constitute the President’s Executive Team (the vice presidents of Instruction, Enrollment and Student Services, and Administrative Services) along with other constituency groups from both the internal and external communities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the president to work effectively with these groups on creating fund-raising and stewardship strategies, as well as recruiting and nurturing high level volunteers. As a key member of the college’s senior leadership team, the vice president will play a major role in decisions affecting allocation of resources from all sources to realize the development goals and opportunities of the college.
