Develop techniques which enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and body/mind awareness. Learn proper breathing technique, yoga postures, centration and relaxation, balance, and guided practice in order to enhance your mind/body awareness.. Useful props, (but not required depending on individual preference) will be discussed in detail at the first class.
