Receive quality instruction in basic belly dancing techniques. Tone abs, buns and thighs and promote better posture. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Wear comfortable attire (such as t-shirt and leggings), bare feet or ballet slippers suggested; sneakers not recommended.
