Examines the fundamental rights and obligations of employers and employees. Students will analyze the employer-employee relationship, including laws that impact the employment relationship and a variety of federal and state statutes that regulate the employment relationship. Was PLAW 109 and PALG 109 and LBST 109, earn credit for one only.Course offered once a year (fall or spring).
