Veterinary Surgery and Anesthesia

Provides familiarity with surgical procedures and equipment so that students can assist in the surgical suite; includes principles of pre-operative and post-operative care of animals; study of anesthetics and induction and monitoring of anesthesia. Course offered once a year (summer) and may be offered during additional sessions.
